Emergency Veterinarian (Overnights) – Weatherford, TX I-20 Animal Hospital is currently seeking an Emergency Veterinarian for an Overnight role and offers an outstanding compensation package, including a base of $130,000–$200,000 (DOE), 22–23% production (DOE), and total earning potential of $250,000–$300,000 . Additional incentives include a $20,000 sign-on bonus , relocation assistance, and a schedule of only 14 shifts per month —providing exceptional work‑life balance. We welcome experienced ER DVMs, GP veterinarians seeking to transition into emergency medicine, and new graduates interested in developing their ER skillset within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates will also benefit from structured mentorship through NVA’s 12-month Mentorship Program.
