Business Analyst 2

We are seeking a Business Analyst 2 to join our team supporting current Licensing Services projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in facilitating Agile development processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of Licensing Services solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development and quality assurance. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a technical or Agile environment. Proven experience working with Agile development methodologies. Strong understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Experience in use case development and process documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with licensing or regulatory systems/projects.
