Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required prior to start. Minimum experience providing outpatient physical therapy services. Previous experience evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans is required. Experience with functional treatment programs, patient and family education, and documentation of goals, quality indicators, and letters of medical necessity. Ability to complete accurate, timely medical record documentation and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Must be able to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students when assigned. Must be able to float to other clinic locations as required by the client. Preferred: Experience in outpatient clinic workflows and familiarity with safe patient handling and materials handling protocols.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Assignment Duration: 13 weeks. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Start Date: Position start planned for 6/1/2026. Positions Available: 1. No new graduates; experienced clinicians only. Floating: Candidate required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
