Qualifications
- Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
- Assists studio manager with retaining current memberships
- Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs
- Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests
- Assists in administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys
- Prepare guests records for services
- Participate in special events to promote studio
- Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)
- Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
- Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
