If you have a passion for manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate and maintain production machines, we want to hear from you!What We Offer:Competitive pay rates $20-$30/hour DOEOpportunities for career growth and developmentAccess to various job opportunities with reputable companiesWeekly paychecksHealth benefits401K optionScholarship OpportunitiesBonus OpportunitiesKey Responsibilities:As a skilled Machine Operator, you will program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce machine parts.Maintaining equipment and performing regular maintenance on machinery.Keeping detailed parts of records.Setting up equipment using the proper calibration measures.Participating in regular safety and training classes.Following all company policies and safety protocols.Studying blueprints and creating the design.Qualified candidates will possess a combination of the following:5+ years of experience as a machine operator, aerospace experienceProficiency in operating various power tools and manufacturing equipment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and guidelines.Solid understanding of production processes and safety regulations.Ability to work on Lathe and Mill Machine 2 Axis - HAAS / Y Axis - OKUMAEffective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy materials when required.Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.How to Apply:Take the first step toward success!
