Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Counsel - Raleigh

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated Counsel to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group in the Firm's Raleigh, NC office. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience in business, commercial creditor’s rights, insolvency, and related litigation. Prepare Federal and State legal documents such as pleadings (including motions, briefs, responses, complaints, etc.), and discovery related documents. Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions to support and assist other attorneys. Candidates must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in North Carolina. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
