Administrative Support Role
The client is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. The role involves acting as information and communication managers for an office.
Reston VA 20190 (Hybrid 3 days on-site)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4 years of experience required
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or training in administrative support
- Experience with advanced bookkeeping or financial tasks
- Familiarity with record management systems
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
