Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Full-Time Position

Position Overview

Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team in Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time role will allow you to make a significant impact in the lives of children and families while working from the comfort of your home. As a vital member of our team, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized family service plans (IFSPs), and provide early intervention support, contributing to the overall wellbeing and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children enrolled in early intervention programs.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Monitor and analyze developmental outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide families with ongoing support and education to enhance their child's development using evidence-based practices.
• Develop collaborative plans with families, recommending strategies that follow Natural Learning Environment practices.
• Utilize natural environment teaching and coaching models to maximize engagement during sessions.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
• Foster rapport with children, families, and team members to create a healthy and productive learning atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on supporting babies and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will assess developmental milestones in various domains, including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills. Your expertise will aid families in understanding their child's needs and ensuring that they receive appropriate services tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse learning styles of children.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to promoting Natural Learning Environment practices in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits
