Position Overview
Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team in Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time role will allow you to make a significant impact in the lives of children and families while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children enrolled in early intervention programs.
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
- Monitor and analyze developmental outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide families with ongoing support and education to enhance their child's development using evidence-based practices.
- Develop collaborative plans with families, recommending strategies that follow Natural Learning Environment practices.
- Utilize natural environment teaching and coaching models to maximize engagement during sessions.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
- Foster rapport with children, families, and team members to create a healthy and productive learning atmosphere.
Patient Population / Client Focus
This role primarily focuses on supporting babies and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will assess developmental milestones in various domains, including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills. Your expertise will aid families in understanding their child's needs and ensuring that they receive appropriate services tailored to their specific circumstances.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse learning styles of children.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to promoting Natural Learning Environment practices in all client interactions.
Preferred Experience
- At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits
