Radiology Technician

CT Technologist – RadiologySelf-schedule based on seniority; must be open to all shift times (start times: 06:00, 08:00, 15:00, 17:00). Weekend requirements may exceed every-other weekend. No call required.Guaranteed hours may be affected by facility needs. Facility may call off once every two-week pay period.Requirements1-2 years of experience in a busy CT department, with preference for community hospital experience.Current BLS certification.ARRT certification (CT or ARRT-R acceptable) and CA CRT license required.Compact license must be in hand at the time of submission.Key clinical skills include CT angiography, stroke protocols, trauma imaging, and familiarity with PACS systems.References: 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years.ResponsibilitiesPerforming CT scans on patients across various age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics.Preparing and administering contrast as needed, while adhering to radiation safety protocols.Assisting in transport of patients as required.Documenting and managing images within electronic health records.Participating in procedures such as biopsies and drainage as necessary.Requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.
