About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running their own startup within the Fintech sector. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to scale their business to €100M+ in revenues. The Head of Product will be supported by a network of serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving 1:1 sparring, intensive coaching, and access to a community of the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. The focus is on personal and professional development, with a fully customized program to enhance goal, time, and energy management. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a high level of commitment and the ability to take full responsibility for the startup. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
