Patient Services & Scheduling Specialist

Cayuga Medical Center is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support our Ithaca location. The role involves greeting patients, verifying demographics, collecting co-pays, and coordinating scheduling for labs and procedures. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, familiarity with Medent or similar EMR systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
