CMT Staffing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator.Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.
- Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
- Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.
- CNA, CMT certification preferred.
- Experience:
- Two or more years of administrative/clerical experience. Staffing experience is a must.
