Termite Technician

Overview Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Route Support Technician to work outdoors, climb ladders, and provide pest control services. Comprehensive training is provided; prior experience is not required. Starting hourly rate is $18. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, aiming to create “Customers for Life.” Support the team by handling pre‑ and post‑construction termite treatments and monitoring termite bait systems. Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. Anticipate and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. Work safely and efficiently, adhering to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards. Collaborate with internal teams—customer service, sales, and management—to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments. Physical Demands / Working Environment Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between service areas. Work comfortably in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.). Work in all weather conditions. Benefits Starting hourly rate $18, company vehicle, and company cell phone.
