Position Overview 

One of our Partners in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery locum tenens opportunity.

This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, no weekends, Epic EMR, and the opportunity to work within one of the nation's premier academic medical centers.

Providers will support inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery patients while collaborating closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Provider Pay: $120/hour (All-Inclusive)

Pay Ranking: Top 15% nationally among Surgical PA locum opportunities (2026).

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient histories and physicals
• Daily rounding on Plastic Surgery patients
• Order and interpret laboratory studies
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging
• Medication management and prescribing
• Bedside procedures within PA scope of practice
• Post-operative patient management
• Wound evaluations and management
• Surgical patient care coordination
• Development of treatment plans
• Ongoing patient assessment and evaluation
• Epic documentation
• Collaboration with attending surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
