Admin - Plant Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join a busy production facility in Feasterville-Trevose. Unlike a traditional corporate office, this role is situated directly within the warehouse environment. This is a perfect fit for a "boots-on-the-ground" admin who thrives in an active, industrial setting and enjoys being close to the operational action.

• Location: Feasterville-Trevose, PA (on site 100%)
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Precise Data Entry: Performing line-by-line data updates within Excel to ensure all records are current.
• Inventory & Shipping: Maintaining accurate inventory logs, verifying shipping details, and cross-referencing orders for accuracy.
• Reporting: Generating daily reports to help keep the plant's logistics on track.
• Operational Support : Assisting the plant management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
