Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician to join our well-established outpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time, permanent position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for older adults and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered care model.

Practice Info

• Outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibility
• Value-based care model
• Primarily geriatric patient population, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+)
• Manageable census of 7-10 patients per day

Compensation

• Compensation: $230,000 - $310,000 annually, based on experience

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified xihmbke or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid Provider ID (active or eligible)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• New graduates welcome
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
