Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a primary care Inboxologist APP with Woodland Clinic Medical Group (Woodland Clinic) youll join a physician-owned physician-led group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. Located in a well-established clinic that serves a diverse community (agricultural workers graduate students retired university professors). T his is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team that provides compassionate care develops individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice while collaborating closely with a robust network of healthcare professionals.

As an Inboxologist APP youll join our adult primary care team. Candidates should have prior practice in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. The position involves half-time direct patient care in the clinic setting and half-time inbox coverage for other team clinicians. Inbox coverage responsibilities would include managing in-basket items for adult primary care physicians NPs and PAs who are out of the office that day as well as providing same-day telehealth visits as needed. Direct patient care would involve both same-day and pre-scheduled visits for a variety of primary care concerns ranging from acute problems to management of chronic conditions and preventive care visits.

The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network. Eligible candidates will have a minimum of three years practice experience and possess a strong clinical background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

• Active and unrestricted CA license
• Masters degree as APRN or graduate from ARC-PA accredited program with NCCPA certification
• Minimum 3 years experience as NP/PA in adult primary care: acute chronic health maintenance & preventive care and inbox management
