Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Obstetrics & Gynecology experience
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active physician licensure eligibility in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification
• Comfort working in an inpatient, high-volume women’s health setting
• Ability to manage routine and complex obstetric cases
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage low-risk and high-risk pregnancies in a hospital setting
• Interpret fetal heart rate tracings, including NST/CST/FSE
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds, including Level I/screening and Level II/targeted studies
• Perform amniocentesis when indicated
• Support routine deliveries, including vaginal deliveries and low forceps deliveries
• Participate in cesarean section decision-making and complex delivery care, including breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
• Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Collaborate with the on-site care team to support patient flow, safety, and excellent outcomes
• Support gynecologic procedures as needed; experience with minor and surgical gynecology preferred
