Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

We're Hiring! Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified sales professional to join their winning team as an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping grow our customer base with value-based sales conversations. You will market State Farm Insurance products over the phone and in-person. Grow your career as you help your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. You will be provided all resources, trainings, and leads necessary to succeed in our team-based environment. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Responsibilities: Establish customer relationships and utilize need-based sales techniques to find the best product to help our customers. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Qualifications: Driven to be successful Coachable & adaptable Problem solving skills Persistence & proactiveness Great verbal & written communication Ability to efficiently use a computer and computer software Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401k match Paid time off Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Paid training Opportunity to become a State Farm agent through the Agent Aspirant program! Common Questions: Do I have to get licensed? We hire qualified candidates unlicensed. All training materials and exam fees are covered and no cost to you. You'll be provided guidance and time in-office to study. I've never sold insurance. That's perfectly ok! On the job sales and product training are provided.
