Restaurant Manager Daytime Only

Benefits 401(k) Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Medical benefits Free or discounted meals for you and your family Manager Responsibilities Daily management of a single shift (7:30 AM‑3:00 PM) No open or close shifts for managers Work alongside front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff Conduct a full inventory for each shift Provide full financial transparency on restaurant performance Use fully implemented technology solutions to support operations Receive timely and helpful support and communication without intrusion into personal time Benefit from relocation opportunities within states served Consistently hire and develop exceptional team members Ensure equity and equality for all employees Present and develop growth opportunities for team members Deliver a Turning Point experience for guests from start to finish Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team Effective partnership skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude Schedule Day shifts only Availability to work on holidays and weekends Occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, subject to staffing Supplemental Pay 13 performance‑based bonus payments Compensation Base salary $55,000–$65,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
