Physical Therapist - Geriatric Rehab & Long-Term Care

Grand Pavilion For Rehabilitation & Nursing at Rockville Centre is seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treat patients in a long-term care setting. You will oversee PT Assistants, develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families while coordinating with the rehabilitation team.
Applicants should have graduated from an accredited PT program and hold licensure in the state; experience with geriatric care and healthcare documentation is preferred.
