Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of specialty products to provide informed recommendations
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures
• Replenish stock to ensure merchandise availability and organized display
• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems during transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store environment
• Work regularly scheduled evening and weekend shifts as required
