Job Title: Maintenance Technician

7am - 4pm (will eventually become 12hr shifts)

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, pumps, conveyors, and material handling systems.
• Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and compressed air systems.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on 240V, 480V, and 3-phase equipment.
• Repair motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, and other mechanical components.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to support repairs.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and facility maintenance as needed.
• Follow all plant safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).

Preferred Experience: Manufacturing, cement, aggregate, bulk material handling, or other heavy industrial environments. Overtime availability required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gibsonton, FL.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Gibsonton,FL.
