We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll / AP Coordinator to manage and process Accounts Payable, oversee bi-monthly payroll processing, and handle new hire onboarding and employee records. This role requires strong experience in payroll and HR, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive and professional work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process Accounts Payable with accuracy and timeliness

• Oversee bi-monthly payroll processing for all staff

• Handle new hire onboarding, employee records, and benefits coordination

• Support department heads with HR needs and compliance

• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work culture

Qualifications:

• Thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment

• Has strong experience in payroll and HR (healthcare experience a huge plus!)

• Is detail-oriented, dependable, and a problem-solver

• Communicates clearly and professionally with staff at all levels

• Is familiar with payroll software and HR compliance best practices
