Start Date: Immediate or flexible start

End Date/Duration: Permanent position

Shift: Full-time, flexible scheduling

License/Certifications: California medical license required; board certified or board eligible in IM or FM (3-5 years experience)

Experience: 3-5 years preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive internal or family medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and develop treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses across all ages
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
• Participate in quality improvement and staff meetings as needed

What You Need

• Valid California medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience

• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
