Role Description This is a full-time or Part-Time, Real Estate Agent role based in Lincoln, NE. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the full real estate process, including property showings, listing presentations, contract preparation, and transaction coordination from initial consultation to closing. Responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, hosting open houses, preparing comparative market analyses, and advising clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and negotiation options. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other real estate professionals. The agent will be expected to uphold all ethical and legal standards while representing Trivera Realty and providing consistent, high-quality client service. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the state of Nebraska, with a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations. Preferably, Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment. Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on listening, clear communication, and timely follow-up. Familiarity with local Lincoln, NE market conditions and neighborhoods is highly desirable. Comfort with real estate technology tools, CRM systems, electronic signatures, and online listing platforms. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
