What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions and service requests.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and daily activities to help keep operations running efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer, service, and operational records within company systems.
- Prepare, organize, and update reports, files, and business documents.
- Support daily office operations, including managing office supplies, mail, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to organize information and support business reporting.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Provide operational support to car wash locations as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Support additional company locations when business needs require.
Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Two to four years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- High level of accuracy with data entry and record management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using SAP or similar business software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Adaptable, dependable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to assist in both office and operational settings as needed.
