If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. For more information about Aramark benefits, click here.Job Responsibilities:Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needsCount, organize and balance cash drawer, fill out the cashier slip and make depositsAdheres to Aramark's cash handling policies and proceduresUnderstand and be knowledgeable of the merchandise for sale to assist customers and accurately process transactionsComplete opening and closing procedures as assigned for unit based on operating hoursMaintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift.Ensure product in location is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as needed.Follow all safety policies and proceduresQualifications:Previous customer service experience preferredPrevious cash handling experience preferredBasic math & counting skills requiredMust be able to work independently with limited supervisionComplete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by locationThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
