We are seeking an experienced Trauma ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to acutely and critically ill patients in a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center.
Key Highlights
- Competitive salary: $43.53–$67.47/hour

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Current Nevada RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience within the last 3 years in a similar facility
- Minimum 1 year of current critical-care experience
- BLS and ACLS required at hire
- TNCC and ABLS required within 12 months of hire
Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and high-risk patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and specialized therapies
- Monitor patients in a highly technical critical-care environment
- Perform invasive nursing procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care
