Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations for a specialty, small-format retail store. This role supports daily execution, serves as manager on duty, and helps drive an excellent customer experience and strong store performance while reporting through the Store, District, and Regional Manager structure. The position includes access to a structured development program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and daily execution.
- Supervise staff and serve as manager on duty.
- Prepare and manage shift schedules.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support sales performance.
- Maintain inventory control and effective merchandising standards.
- Manage cash-handling activities and support loss-prevention efforts.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
