Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Employment Type: Part Time Location: IL - SCHAUMBURG Responsibilities Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Schedule up to 20 hours per week, availability required Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; no weekends or evenings. Potential for additional hours covering larger regions or traveling. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Compensation & Benefits General merchandising projects are paid at $17.00 per hour. Additional technical projects available at higher rates, based on need. W‑2 employment: bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store mileage. Paid training time provided. Accrue PTO hours every week you work. Qualities & Requirements Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable. Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory. Attention to detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready: Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access a plus. Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, and be required to use the vehicle to perform duties.
