About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in hospital operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the hospital, including but not limited to, overseeing daily operations, budget development and analysis, marketing for volume growth, program development, FTE management, expense control, and ensuring regulatory compliance through the development and implementation of policies and procedures. The role also involves leading a large team of employees and direct reports, and requires a strategic approach to process development and implementation. Applicants for the CEO position at the company must have a Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related healthcare field. A minimum of 5 years' management experience at the Director or C-Level in the healthcare industry is essential, with at least 2-3 years in a senior management role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar setting, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and quality of care. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are also required to effectively manage the hospital and lead the team towards the company's goals.
