Affinity Consulting Group is assisting with the hiring of a Personal Injury Attorney for our client, the Law Office of Yohannes K. Sium, PLLC. This is for an in-person role in downtown Seattle. What You'll Do

• Handle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.

• Negotiate directly with insurance companies.

• Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior and Federal Court.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Handle arbitrations.

• Guide clients through every stage of the litigation process.

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client service.

• Utilize technology, including Clio and AI tools, to improve efficiency.

Many of those clients are immigrants, professional drivers, and entrepreneurs who depend on their vehicles and businesses to support their families. Qualifications

• J.D. and active Washington license (or ability to waive in).

• Personal injury litigation experience preferred (but strong insurance defense litigators with deposition experience are also encouraged to apply).

• Experience negotiating with insurance companies.

• Experience taking depositions.

• Arbitration experience strongly preferred.

• Civil litigation experience, including motion practice.

• Willing to work in person in downtown Seattle.
