Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise identity governance strategies including user provisioning and privileged account management
• Analyze authentication data and access logs to identify security vulnerabilities and drive remediation
• Integrate multi-factor authentication and adaptive access controls into new technology deployments
• Ensure identity infrastructure compliance with evolving global data privacy regulations and security standards
• Manage, coach, and develop identity and access management team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or related field
• 7+ years identity and access management, cybersecurity, or information security experience
• 3+ years managerial or leadership experience
• Master's degree in related field preferred
• Identity and access management or cybersecurity certification preferred
