Customer Service Representative (Call Center)Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join a fast-paced call center environment as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering high-quality service with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage a high volume of inbound calls daily (approximately 50-100, depending on complexity)
+ Provide assistance with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and sensitive customer information
+ Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure issue resolution
+ Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems
+ Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times
+ Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (within the past 2-3 years)
+ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to handle high-volume call environments
+ Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
+ Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (ability to navigate multiple systems)
+ Typing speed of 30+ WPM
Additional Requirements
+ Stable work history with consistent job tenure (1+ year per role preferred)
+ Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
+ Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Assessments (Required)
+ Typing Test (1 minute, one-space format): Minimum 30 WPM
+ Call Center - Telephone Skills Assessment: Minimum 75%

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
