Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Operator/Inspector to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for inspecting finished goods and determining whether products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The role primarily involves visual inspections and making pass/fail decisions based on established guidelines. No prior experience using measuring equipment is required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections of finished products according to customer specifications
• Approve or reject finished goods based on quality standards
• Report quality concerns or product defects to management
• Maintain accurate inspection records as required
• Follow all safety, quality, and workplace procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English
• Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is helpful but not required
