2-Story Fitness Center, Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant's Dream

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant at our amazing outpatient fitness center in Valencia, CA. This facility is 2nd to none and is part of a very prestigious hospital in Valencia. We took over a full, 2 story gym and turned it into a Physical Therapy dream. With 1:1 private rooms just for Pelvic, top of the line equipment, full functioning gym, swimming pool, indoor basketball/racquetball/pickleball courts: This is the facility you want to work at. The first floor is dedicated to our sports program. We have a dedicated gym, all the indoor athletic courts, and our indoor pool down there. If you are a PTA that is passionate about working with athletes and building a program, this is the position and facility for you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment
• Pelvic Health experience is a plus
• AHA BLS required.

About

Compensation: $33 - $40 per hour, + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials, up to a $2000 sign on bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
