No problem. If you’ve got the heart for it, we will train you. What You’ll Be Doing Help with everyday tasks like dressing, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and health needs. Provide transportation to medical appointments, community outings, and social activities. Help individuals develop life skills, enjoy hobbies, and get involved in local clubs, civic groups, or faith-based organizations. Work one-on-one to help individuals learn and accurately perform their job responsibilities. Keep honest records, show up on time, and always act as a positive role model. Qualifications What You Need to Bring to the Table A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid state-issued driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance/registration. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks. Must be able to provide 2 professional references. A willingness to complete paid training certifications (like the CDS modules) within your first few weeks.
