* Pay$54,000 - $65,000 / YEAREdwards Oil, Inc. is looking for an energetic, adaptable, results driven and competitive person to share our products/services with the communities and people we serve. Our Outside Sales/Field Tech is the driving force behind our business, and has aspirations to help our company grow. Outside Sales/Field Techs are responsible for day-to-day new customer growth and should want to treat our customers and co-workers like family. You will be taught company sales programs and should communicate effectively to customers and co-workers. You will also be asked to work as a team and help support with a variety of positions within our company. Ideally you should be a results driven person and expect yourself to meet or exceed company goals when promoting sales, customer safety, and payment programs. Outside Sales/Field Techs must be highly ethical and insure their customers are in compliance with State, Federal and Local law.Candidates Should:* Have great interpersonal skills* Have general knowledge of lubricants product lines* Understand Heavy Industries (Mining, Logging, Construction Trades, Automotive)* Enjoy a fast paced work environment* Unafraid to take on a challenge* Be able to multi-task and solve problems quickly and completely* Have a deep desire to help others* Want to provide excellent customer service* Motivate others to be productive at work* Have (or be willing to obtain) at least a Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements* Lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day* Respond positively when faced with a problem to solve the problemEdwards Oil, Inc. remains a family-owned local business for four generations.
