Technical Product Owner - SAP Supply Chain Planning

About The Opportunity A confidential global organization in a highly regulated, innovation‑driven sector is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead SAP Supply Chain Planning initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The right person for this role pairs deep SAP planning expertise with strong product ownership, Agile delivery skills, and the cross‑functional leadership to drive large‑scale transformation outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Own the SAP Supply Chain Planning product strategy, roadmap, and end‑to‑end delivery. Translate operational requirements and business priorities into scalable technology solutions. Lead the design and deployment of integrated planning capabilities, including: SAP S/4HANA Planning (MRP, MRP Live, Production Planning) SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP) Scenario modeling and planning optimization ATP/gATP and order promising processes Master Data Management (materials, BOMs, routings, batches, shelf‑life) Capacity and constraint planning Partner with engineering and business teams to ensure quality Agile delivery. Manage product backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and user stories. Drive innovation through automation, analytics, AI, and advanced planning capabilities. Support integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and end‑to‑end process optimization. Define KPIs, success metrics, and measurable operational outcomes. What You Bring Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 8 years working with SAP. Strong hands‑on expertise with SAP S/4HANA Planning and SAP IBP. Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning – MRP, production planning, demand and inventory planning, scenario modeling, and forecasting. Experience configuring SAP planning solutions to support business requirements. Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional and self‑organized teams. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities. Experience with integrations, interfaces, and enterprise systems. Nice to Have Industry experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences. Familiarity with SOX and GxP compliance requirements. Experience supporting global transformation programs.
