Staff Manufacturing Engineer

Staff Manufacturing Engineer role at Stryker's Neurovascular division in Salt Lake City focused on designing and implementing custom manufacturing equipment, automation solutions, and process improvements for stroke therapy product lines. Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of custom manufacturing equipment, workstations, and automation solutions
- Develop and enhance manufacturing technologies to improve equipment performance and throughput
- Support new product introductions with equipment and process design expertise
- Mentor engineering staff on machine design principles and manufacturing methods
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cycle time, defect reduction, and efficiency gains
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or Advanced Manufacturing preferred
- Minimum 4 years manufacturing, equipment design, machine design, or automation experience
- Proficiency with mechanical design and SolidWorks CAD software
- Experience reading engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Familiarity with Factory and Site Acceptance Testing methodologies
Compensation: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
