Healthcare Account Executive

Identifying and penetrating accounts within an assigned territory, the full-time Healthcare Account Executive will manage sales activities to exceed revenue objectives while collaborating with Client Success Managers to generate additional revenue from existing clients in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage sales activities and execute strategic plans to penetrate accounts and exceed revenue goals Establish executive relationships within client accounts and position Blackbaud as the solution of choice Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide timely forecasts to management Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in selling large, complex SaaS CRM and/or ERP software solutions Proven track record of over quota achievement within a solutions software vendor Experience with solution-selling or consultative selling methodologies Ability to navigate complex sales and cultivate existing business relationships Entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethic
