Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience required, including evaluation, plan of care development, and progress toward discharge.
• Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and to participate in student clinical education.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment programs focused on functional return to community activities.
• Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic and familiarity with safe patient handling procedures.

• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13-week assignment.
• Start: ASAP.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
