TITLE:

SCHEDULE:
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Days: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
Contract Weeks: 52
Guaranteed Hours: 0

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10% Salary placement fee
- Salary range: $43 - $46

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Implement infection control measures and maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Promote rehabilitation and patient independence through effective care techniques.
