Your Impact

• Support prototype development and failure analysis to ensure product quality and reliability
• Execute functional, durability, and destructive testing using established procedures
• Configure and monitor standard lab equipment and processes for consistent, repeatable results
• Document test setups, data, and findings for engineering teams
• Build and modify prototypes, including ECU adjustments and custom tool creation
• Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical components for analysis
• Handle shipping, receiving, and material flow of prototype parts
• Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming materials

What You Need To Succeed

• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical testing equipment
• Automotive experience, ideally with steering systems or IATF standards
• Familiarity with test software and lab best practices
• Basic machining skills with mills and lathes
• Problem-solving mindset, strong communication, and team orientation
