Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Abilene, KS Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM | no weekends or evenings | Flexible Schedule Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy / Sports Rehabilitation Work Location: In Person Position Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a supportive outpatient orthopedic team focused on high-quality, individualized patient care. Physical Therapists provide true one-on-one care through 40-minute appointments, allowing time for thorough evaluations, individualized treatment planning, patient education, and meaningful rehabilitation progress. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy Establish functional and measurable rehabilitation goals Progress treatment based on clinical findings and patient outcomes Provide one-on-one patient care through 40-minute appointments Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment, and recovery Improve patient mobility, strength, function, and confidence Guide patients toward return-to-work, recreation, exercise, and daily activity goals Treat a diverse patient population from pediatric through geriatric Manage outpatient orthopedic, sports-related, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and other clinical team members Provide appropriate clinical supervision and guidance Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports Build strong, professional relationships with patients Participate in ongoing clinical development and team collaboration Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve patient care and clinical outcomes Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility for Physical Therapy licensure New graduate and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy preferred Benefits Up to $92,000 annual compensation Signing bonus based on experience and overall fit Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental insurance Paid Time Off Flexible Monday-Friday schedulet Potential future Clinical Manager pathway Relocation assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Protouch Staffing
