Regional Support ManagerWe are searching for a Regional/District Sales Manager. The position requires a proven sales track record. This candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational skills and be passionate about success. The ability to take responsibility for sales in assigned regions is a must.The ideal candidate must have:Strong Sales experience with a proven track recordIn Center Management SkillsInterpersonal SkillsExperience with Multi-Unit ManagementSpecific job duties include:Oversee Sales/Performance goals for each storePerform Sales trainings to In-Store ManagersEstablish strong working relationships with franchiseesWork closely with franchisees on follow-up and business developmentProvide effective, on-going coaching, support and assistance to franchiseesOverall responsible for assigned region to achieve sales goalsDaily accountability of sales managers in assigned regionsEnsure branch sales managers are recruiting and hiring best sales representatives on a continual basis, and maintaining only the best performers long termRecruiting, hiring, and training in assigned regionContinually exceed all company standards for performance in assigned regionWork with executive team on business development/growthTravel to branch offices in assigned region to ensure company processes are followedDevelop sales leaders that can provide continued growth in any environmentAbility to Travel between 50-70% of the week with the possibility of little to no lead time.
