Intake Specialist

To support a growing law firm, the full-time remote Intake Specialist will manage client inquiries, conduct conflict checks, and maintain accurate client records while working within the MST timezone. Key responsibilities: Monitor and respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing information about services and setting expectations Conduct conflict checks and manage client records in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients to guide them through the intake process Required qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on client engagement Experience in legal intake or client service roles is a plus Proficiency with Apple products and CRM systems, with a typing speed of 50 WPM or higher Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients in stressful situations
