Job Description Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Oversee project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management. Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Manage project documentation, contracts, and permits effectively. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
