Oversee daily production activities during the shift and ensure production goals are met Lead, coach, and motivate production employees in a manufacturing environment Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to maximize productivity Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business objectives are achieved Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with fabrication, HVAC production, sheet metal, or related manufacturing processes preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and work in a manufacturing setting Reliable transportation and ability to work the scheduled shift The company provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and group term life insurance.
